Our ambition is to create meaningful spaces for people that contribute to a better future for our planet.

Based in Vancouver, Canada, MGA was founded in 2012 by Michael Green, who saw the impact that the construction industry was having on the environment, and the opportunity to create real change through innovation and advocacy. Natalie Telewiak became a Principal at MGA in 2018, and now alongside Michael, leads our team of talented and experienced architects, designers, and support staff, all bound by a shared drive to learn from our communities, collaborate with our peers, and contribute to a better built environment.

Our buildings strive for sustainability and connection through thoughtful design and ambitious innovation. In pursuit of this goal, over the last decade we have led the mass timber movement from its conception and completed some of the most significant timber buildings and large-scale sustainable developments ever built. Our job is to reshape the quality and longevity of life on earth through the lens of design. We are committed to designing solutions that push boundaries. Our values are rooted in inclusive collaboration, evolution, community, and most simply – a love for our planet. This is an opportunity to be integrally involved in a team that is creating significant change in our industry.

Equality across all genders, ethnicities, cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds, physical and mental abilities, and life experiences is paramount, and we always advocate and promote diversity, equality, and inclusion in both our projects and in our daily lives.
